My path to product wasn't a straight line - I started as a developer, picked up an MBA, and spent the better part of a decade building things across three regions. From seller enablement at Amazon in Bengaluru, to growth at Tiki in Vietnam, to fraud and risk at Grab in Southeast Asia, I learned to solve problems in markets that don't hand you easy answers.
Today I'm a Lead Product Manager at PayPal in California, working on billing and checkout for millions of users. Outside of work, I'm a new mom, a marathon runner, a Lego collector, and a proud board game enthusiast - even if I rarely win.

Billing and checkout at scale
I lead product strategy for PayPal's billing platform, powering recurring and vaulted payments for millions of users worldwide. I revamped the in-app Subscription Hub for 400K+ weekly users. I piloted a new 0-to-1 experience that lifted merchant conversion by 5%. I partnered with top merchants on migrations that unlocked $XXX+ in annualized incremental payment volume.

Fighting fraud and risk across a region
Grab was where I learned to love a good puzzle. I owned product strategy for payment and fraud loss across users, drivers, and merchants in Southeast Asia's wonderfully messy, fast-moving markets. I presented the fixes straight to Grab's CEO and CPO. I cut payment arrears in Vietnam by 50%. I choked off driver-initiated fraud by $30K/month with smarter onboarding checks. I paired data science models with telematics to automate decisions no one wanted to make by hand. Targeted experiments unlocked ~$200K/month in incremental cashless volume—turns out fighting fraud can actually be fun.

Scaling subscriptions and delivery
Tiki was my first stint outside India, and Vietnam turned out to be an amazing market to learn in. I worked with a local firm on problems you don't see anywhere else. I grew paid membership subscribers 6x and revenue 2x through onboarding improvements and partner integrations with telcos, e-wallets, and banks. I launched a "Guaranteed Next Day Delivery" offering across 200K+ eligible products. I picked up a bit of Vietnamese along the way, and thoroughly enjoyed the stint.

Seller growth and enablement
I was selected for Amazon's Marketplace Leadership Program in Bengaluru, a rotational program with 1-year stints across Seller Services teams (Seller Acquisition and Seller University). I converted my internship into a full-time offer. I drove ~20% quarterly sales growth for new self-serve sellers by improving pricing, Prime benefits, and assortment guidance. I built a data model to sharpen seller acquisition.
